The Sammamish Open, which started in 1994, is a team bass tournament,
originally on Lake Sammamish then Lake Washington. There are no
future Sammamish Opens planned. |
The Bob Mickelsen Memorial Open, which started in 1995, is a team bass
tournament originally benefiting Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma.
Over $40,000 and toys worth thousands have been raised for the children of Mary Bridge
Hospital. In 2024 it will be on Lake Washington on 10/5/24
with
the money and toys going to Pierce County Santa Cops. |
