Meeting called to order at 7:12 PM

No special guests.

Treasurerís report: Joe Scheperle was present, but forgot the bank statement and checkbook at home. He did say that we had sufficient funds and we had to pay the state $10 to maintain our non-profit status. Joe later added this information: Deposit ; 6/15 $500.05 ,7/1 $30 for Joe Andruyan club dues, 7/13 $20 club raffle total of $550.05 ,expenses : 6/23 bass federation $210, 7/4 state treasury $10,  7/6 WDFW $564. Total out $784. Balance in account $1853.51 as of 7/13

Tip and Tactics: Joe Scheperle was on for this month. Joe talked about maintaining your batteries and different battery types.  Greg Milatz is on for next month.

Minutes: Keith was not present and he did not send the minutes to Tom last month, so we did not have the meeting minutes. We will read them next month.

Conservation: No report

Tournament Report: Umatilla is coming up next month. We have moved the launch to Irragon. It is a better launch for us if the weather is windy. Moses launch was also moved to Connelly Park due to the City of Moses Lake requiring $2 million dollars of aggregated insurance coverage. We did lose $60 permit filing fee to the City of Moses Lake.

Fishing Reports:Tapps is fishing good, but the Columbia is fishing tough right now.

Safety: Use more caution on the water. Lots of dangerous and discourteous boaters on the lakes right now. Donít assume that the see you.

Federation: Ryan Gates was top Hawg Hunter at the Lake Washington Federation event on the boater side. Clark Korper was the top on the non-boater side.

New Business: We are going to order more hats and t-shirts for the club to sell.

Old Business: We voted on Rich Craftís proposal from last month that in 2019 tournaments non-piercing culling pins have to be used. The motion passed.

Meeting adjourned at 7:57 PM.
