Meeting called to order: 7:10 PM

Tips & Tactics: Brian Sherrill was not present to grace us with his superior knowledge.

Meeting minuets:  the minuets from last month were accepted as posted on the web site.

Treasurer’s report: Aaron advised that the permits for next year have been payed for and after all that we have a total balance of $978.81 checking/savings combined.

Conservation report:  nothing to report. Luke suggested we have a pike minnow tournament next year on the Columbia River to not only fulfill our conservation requirements but also as a club fundraiser. The idea was well received.

Tournament report: Jaymee provided a recap of Silver Lake which was not impressive. He reminded us that the next tournament will be Lake Wanapum out of Vantage WA Aug. 13-14.

We discussed the Lake Washington closure Sept 1st – Oct 31st which falls during our Lake Washington open and club tournament. The decision was made to move the open and club tournament to November 5th – 6th.

There was discussion that Evergreen Bass club my join us for our Sept. Potholes tournament. They would launch and weigh with us however their weights would not affect our individual club points and they would be asked to cover some of the permit cost. Jaymee will be contacting them for more details. 

Somehow discussion got sidetracked and Tim made it very clear that he does not like ”Paper members

Jaymee provided us with a rough draft/wish list that was submitted for the 2017 tournament season. If there are no conflicts the schedule will look something like:

March : Lake Sammamish open

April: Roosevelt

May: Chelan

June: jamboree and Tapps

August: lower Columbia        

September: Potholes

October: Washington

Federation report: volunteers needed for the semifinals being hosted on Banks Lake Oct. 1st-2nd

New business: Anthony proposed that as a club we start a U Tube with instructional how to videos giving up all our secret fishing spots to raise money it would also provide all our fancy sponsored members to fulfill their duties promoting their sponsors.

Old business: Mark turned 50 which is pretty old

Meeting adjourned: 8:10

Hoss was not present therefore there was no raffle.
