Called to order: 7:15 PM

Special guest:  Perspective new members, Jeff Eby and son Curtis from Puyallup and Brandon Baugh from Arizona, introduced themselves.

Meeting Minutes:  The July minutes as posted on our web site was approved. 

Tips & Tactics: No tips and Tactics

Treasurers Report:  Joe Scheperle was not present.  Doug Jorgensen reported a balance of $2874.29, which was $529.31 less than July.  Since Joe was not present there was no explanation for the expenses since July.   

Conservation: No Conservation Report.

Big Fish of the Year:  Doug reported the the pot is sitting at $580 with a 6.10 leading

Tournament Report: Josh Lucas talked about fishing the Wild West bass tournament at Tri Cities.  He also indicated that John Branch blew a lower unit there.  We will be launching out of Lind Coulee for the Pot Holes tournament.  Take your boat out of the water with your fish still in your live wells for the Pot Holes weigh in. 

Safety:  Doug reminded everyone to be careful the water level on Potholes is dropping.  Do not run between the dam and Goose Island.

Federation: No Federation report

New Business: A motion was made, seconded and approved for Doug Jorgensen to make catch and release samples to be given to members at tournament.  No financial amount was discussed but should be discussed at a future meeting.  Club Elections will be held in September.  Mark Mrzena was nominated for President, Doug Jorgensen was nominated for Vice President, Rich Craft was nominated for Secretary, Nick Culver was nominated as the Tournament Director and Mark Jones was nominated as the Treasurer.  Additional nominations can be be made before the September elections.  Eric Hills volunteered to take over the Raffle.  Matt Milatz volunteered to investigate finding a method to pay club dues online. 

Mark indicated that club members had to join BASS themselves and provide Rich Craft with their BASS number.  Club dues are payable by the October club meeting.

Old business:
Mark reported that we were able to get our meeting room at the RAM for free as long as sufficient food and drinks were ordered by the club.  Buy drinks and food at our future meetings.  Mark had sample hats.  Additional orders can be made if the volume warrants the setup costs.
