Call to order: 7:07.

Special Guest::  Ryan Perrey

Tips, Tactics and Techniques: Doug Jorgensen discussed how he pre fishes.  He printed copies of Rick Clunn's "How to search fish." His discussion included trying different depths, sticking with confidence baits, changing presentations, and different areas like points, flats and edges. He suggested paying close attention to your electronics and using search baits to locate fish.  He also suggested checking web sites and doing homework on the lake before going out.  Dwayne Lyons is on for next month.

Treasure Report:  Wayne reported balances of checking: $1373.28, Savings: 601.05, Petty cash: $150.00 for a total of $2124.33

Conservation Report: None

Tournament Report:  Volunteers made plans for the Lake Washington Open. Times and responsibilities were assigned. Limit Out Marine will be providing doughnuts and coffee in the morning.  Thanks Russ!

Fishing Report:  Lake Washington has been tough.  Largemouth have been seen shallow on Lawrence Lake.

Safety Report:  Doug reminded everyone to check their inflatable vest cartridges.

Federation Report:  Gerald explained the financial situation the W.S.B.F. is in.  There are unpaid invoices and problems recovering the money from the old account.  Dues for the federation qualifiers is April 1st.  Most team members have paid, but a few still need to.  You know who you are.  Gerald also asked members to attend the Jamboree.  It's fun, and a way for the state to build it's bank account to help pay for anglers to go to divisional in the future. Gerald's new e-mail address is wabass-gdunn@comcast.net.  Please use that e-mail for anything associated with fishing.

New Business: Two new amendments were proposed.  Both pertain to article ii, section iii, which reads:
  Membership dues shall be $95.00 annually, payable by the October meeting of the calendar year. New members will pay $58 initially. If a member fails to pay their dues by the November club meeting a $10 late fee will be added to their dues.
The changed reading would read:
 Membership dues shall be $95.00 annually, payable by the October meeting of the calendar year. New members will pay $65 initially. If a member fails to pay their dues by the November club meeting a $10 late fee will be added to their dues.
or
 Membership dues shall be $95.00 annually, payable by the October meeting of the calendar year. New members will pay $65 initially.

The change is being proposed because FLW and TBF dues are $65.  The second option eliminates the $10 late fee.

Old Business: The change from Potholes to Sammamish for the May tournament was officially announced.

Raffle: Tim did a great job of explaining what raffled baits could be used for different situations, including the best bait for the ditch in Enumclaw.

Meeting adjourned: 8:45
