Pizza Buffet at $22 per person

Those who are attending our club banquet need to let Kevin Higgins know via email kevlar016@hotmail.com 
if they will be attending and the number of guests.
 He needs to have a head count to the Milton tavern a minimum of 5 days prior to the event
 
So please to respond to Kevin by Jan 7^th so he will have time to finalize the plans.
 
We are going with the same menu as last year Pizza buffet, with Green salad (Ranch or Italian) Garlic Toast & dessert.
There is a $50 reservation fee and the diners are $20/person.
We are going to add $2 per person to cover the $50 reservation fee.

 He has to pre pay a minimum of 5 days prior to the event so we will have to coordinate a way
to get the money to me via email or phone 253 579 3404.
